"Beautiful World: The Great Daryl Nathan Story" A documentary on the Grand Rapids legend, The Great Daryl Nathan, that I made years ago in film school. Daryl was a local legend due to his cable access show "The Great Daryl Nathan's Entertainment Show" on GRTV in, I think 1996. The next year I wound up interning at WKTV, the cable access station just outside of Grand Rapids. I asked Daryl if I could do a documentary on him. He said sure. By this time he had stopped making shows for GRTV. After shooting the doc Dale Chilton and I started producing Daryl's new show for - "The New Great Daryl Nathan's Entertainment Show." It was a blast. Alas, all good things come to an end and I moved to Los Angeles. After finding some of Daryl's videos on YouTube I decided to dust this thing off. Part 1 of 2.

I did my Friday Evening forecast with a Rutgers hat for it, and gave some props to our school.
Dash Cam: NY State Trooper pulls over a NY State Police WKTV) - Oneida County Court has released dash-cam video of the night New York State Police Investigator Matthew Sullivan was pulled over by New York State Trooper David Olney. Sullivan was pulled over on February 6th on Route 12. According to court documents, Sullivan fled the scene after being pulled over and went to his home in Barneveld. In March, he pled not guilty to two counts of DWI More..and one count of speeding in Trenton town court. At one those court hearings, Town Justice Don Cannon handed over breathalyzer test results to Sullivan's lawyer, from that night. Results show Sullivan blew .09 %
What can I say. It's the Great Daryl Nathan's first appearance on WKTV.
